Greenstone Farm is a fledgling farm in Placerville, CA conveniently located just half a mile off Highway 50. We value regenerative farming, organic practices, and the privilege of providing our community with some of the most amazing farm-fresh microgreens, and baked goods in the county. Our sweet treats are baked on site using only premium ingredients and are available regularly to guests from our roadside, Little Red Barn on Greenstone Rd.Â

Our Regenerative Roots
At Greenstone Farm, we believe that the land is the foundation of everything we do. Our journey here began in 2025 when we purchased the property at auction. Within no time, we found ourselves developing a deep respect for the soil, and implementing practices to gradually restore and regenerate the land.
While we are just getting started, we enjoy implementing organic practices that prioritize biodiversity and soil health. We are convinced that nurturing the land with care will help ensure that any harvest we bring to our family's table or yours is as pure and wholesome as the earth itself.

Our Farm-fresh Microgreens
Microgreens are young, tender vegetable greens usually harvested within 10 days of germination. While small in size, they are mighty in nutritional value and often contain significantly higher vitamin, mineral and antioxidant levels than their full grown counterpart. Not only are they great for boosting the color level in your dishes, but also your immune system and overall health. A lovely variety is harvested most Thursdays, and refrigerated in sustainable packaging to be made available to guests from our Little Red Barn (while supplies last).  We encourage you to pre-order for pickup, or arrive early when possible to avoid missing out.Â
Our Premium Baked Goods
We believe premium ingredients can be tasted. We thoughtfully choose simple, recognizable ingredients, and prepare each batch with the same care we would for our own family, because what goes into everything we bake - and who we're baking it for - matters. A delectable array of cinnamon rolls, stuffed cookies, seasonal goodies, and more are baked fresh weekly , and made available to guests from our Little Red Barn (while supplies last). We encourage you to pre-order for pickup, or arrive early when possible to avoid missing out.Â
